Story time cuz Im tired of holding this in: I found this song the day before my best friend died. I'd known him since forever, and I couldn't stop crying. He was LITERALLY the only thing in this world I cared about. You can ask anyone who knows about me and him, and they would say the exact same thing. Before him, I was so angry and done with.. EVERYONE. And then he came, and made everything better. When he passed away, my "family" (I say it that way because they mean the world to me and have felt like family more than anyone but most of us aren't actually biologically related) felt like it would be a good idea to lie to me, A) because Im the youngest and they didn't think I could handle the truth and B) Because they knew how much he meant to me. When I was listening to this song, I was just... emotionless. But now when listening to this song, after knowing the truth, I realized how much I can relate to it. I've been trying to either erase every memory I have of him, Or trying to pretend he's still here. This was a few weeks ago. Just a few minutes ago, I was reminded of him, and all the memories I've had with him, and I've started crying. KZbin then put this song in my recommended. And now Im dying. Remember who you have when you still have them. Because one day, when you least expect it, they'll be gone. No matter how bad you don't want them to go, no matter how much you don't wanna think about it will happen, and you CAN'T prevent it. So love those you have. Treat them like you love them most. Treat them like they're more important than ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. Because they will leave you. Just like he left me. SO always treat someone like its the last time you'll ever see him, because before you know it, it will be.
