Commenting to say this nightcore was literally the basis for my main OC's design and story. It's been 8 years since she was made and she's now a much different character than she was when I was in middle school. I gave her a butterfly tattoo as a nod to where she came from, even if nobody else will know. Weird that I went from a goofy ass edgy emo kid to a goofy ass adult. I miss when life was easy. I've been listening to this song for at least two years and I never realized until this moment it was originally by a Christian punk band (in other words, I've been listening to this since before I was a Christian). I was afraid back then to admit that this song described what I was doing to myself, but now that I am listening to it today, I realize I have to face the truth of my past. Crazy how it's all become.
