You can lock the door to your lab for everyone that is not you in the sims. There is also a DLC pack that allows you to build robots and stuff like that. I don't know which it is though. You could also get Michal a punching bag so he doesn't punch the stuffed animal. Also, there is a real monster under his bed. The adults need to spray for the monster to keep it at bay. You could get some CC (Custom Content {Mods}) for some FNAF stuff or just things to add to your sims, like animal ears and tails.

Tips if you don't want them using the basement computer: 1. Add one or two other computers upstairs as sims tend to automatically use them A LOT. 2. You can actually lock doors by putting walls up and clicking on said door.

If you add a door to the basement you can lock the door for everyone but you aka Malhare. They can stop going down there since that's the ONLY computer in the house. Other sims love to go on the computer since it raises their fun/entertainment levels up faster then watching TV.
