Nightfox,fazmash didnt loose partner for that reason,he lost partner because when ppl asked for a sign he would say he signs only to ppl who donate him money so he would add them on a speenwheel and choose who gets his pet signed by him.

The Public vs Private server cooldown is a little false. They updated it in the first few hours so it was 1 min vs 5 mins so new public servers have the 1 min cooldown. Just lotta servers out there where they haven't restarted yet because people have stayed in them.
