Gyarados is a Check to see if you have good Teammates or not. Gyarados NEEDS Help from it's Team to Evolve as early as Possible, because Your team is effectively Fighting a 4v5 until you become Gyarados (Which you want to do BEFORE Level 7 if Possible). Your Jungler NEEDS to Rotate to Magikarp's lane to help them and Hopefully allow it to Get Assists, Scores for 10pts or more, and Kills. If not, Hope you enjoy getting Bullied by the enemy Jungler (Not a matter of IF, only when). Gyarados is also a Dogshit Jungler because it takes Magikarp a full TWO MINUTES to Clear Jungle ONCE, assuming they don't get Greifed by an Invading Sableye, Azumarill, Greedent or Gardevoir, and it doesn't help you become Gyarados faster anyway. Gyarados is the ONE character, where, if your teammate Picks it and Goes Center, it's more optimal to STEAL Farm from it than let it Jungle. Once it DOES Become Gyarados however, it's pretty decent. Just as long as the Enemy isn't running a Hard CC Comp (Seriously, there needs to be a Breif Immunity Period between CCs), otherwise, Stick a Fork in ya, You're done. And then you get Teammates that have the fucking Balls and/or Ovaries to ping "Check it out" on you when You can't exactly help it if you were thrown under the bus the whole game.

Old games: Magikarp evolved to Gyarados in level 20. Pokemon Unite: Magikarp evolved to Gyarados in level 5 but DMG of Magikarp is like a bite of 1 small ant. Magikarp DMG - 🐜 Gyarados DMG - 🐉

Agreed, they should nerf the level of evolution. This like early Gardevoir, it's too squishy to level up then the evolution is squishy too before they nerfed the evolution level so it's really huge advantage for enemies to get bullied🥲😭
