Does that include the 40 FEET OF SNOW that fell on Lebanon's Mountains off of Eastern Mediterranean Sea in February, 2012 in JUST FIVE DAYS???? This happened because of Atmosphere Rivers traveling easterly across the Mediterranean Sea and produce the snow. Those mountains are just over 10,000 feet. It wasn't the elevations of those peaks but those Rivers pick up moisture and produce snow.

I don't understand what all the hoopla is all about about the supreme court decision on the former President Donald Trump's claim of immunity from criminal prosecution. What supreme court decision essentially does is transposing civil government officials claim of immunity standard to criminal case. Claim of immunity in civil cases against government officials is a defense to civil liability against government officials that have to be determined by the presiding judge. If the judge determines that some or most of a government official's actions are outside the scope of his duties and in violation of clearly established statutes, laws, precedents then the government official's actions are not immune from prosecution and will go to trial based on those facts. The supreme court immunity decision does not shield president Trump from criminal prosecution from election related offenses committed during 2020 presidential election and thereafter.

I mean the shooting was tragic but you have what most people would assume to be a real gun, you're out late at night, and you ran the the police. The first and third reasons alone would be enough that even if convicted, they won't serve much time. I don't ever understand why anyone would run from the police and I'm a minority who would be walking down to the gas station in the hood at 3am to get a fountain drink. Education needs to be better for kids growing up, if you didn't do anything wrong, why run.
