Ok so here's a little story lol It's Saturday night it's around 11 pm im getting tired so I tell mom I'm going to bed I go upstairs and I have a cat and my cat comes in my room every night and gets in my dresser and plays with my ponytail holders so tonight I decided to close it I crawl in bed and go to sleep. I’m so glad I was trick or treating in the 60’s and 70’s it wasn’t as dangerous back then. I was terrified when it was time for my girls to go trick or treating things had changed so much by then. There were a lot of houses close to us so we weren’t out very long,my husband always stayed home and passed out candy.

Think about it - if practically EVERY neighborhood had at least one story like this, then it was a lot more frighteningly common than you realize.
