Nice project lads. You should just make a small extension for the rear mount at the pin. Then if a long boy is driving the extension would lift the rear of the shell up a couple of inches.

I guess it would be difficult but you could make a bubble on the roof as a space for head :) the bubble could be replaceable with flat surface when Sam is gonna drive it. Anyway, i love it!

Impressive thermalforming of the plastic sheeting, that was a very practical method to get panels to fit in real time rather than if to make a vacuum mold that would take alot of real time for a singular vehicle project instead of a fleet or a plethora, or even a surplus. Kevin, don't let them try to shink you to fit into the vehicle, it will take 70 or so years due to gravity.

Awesome project, guys! Instead of cutting the roof, you could install some trunk telescopes for lifting the whole body kit and find a higher fit for when others are driving. And this is how you can also get out of the cart whithout needing help
