I could use some help at the moment. For the longest time, I've never had much issue with my gender. I just saw myself as a girl, nothing more and nothing less. But now I'm having doubts as to what my gender is (I had what I think was a gender crisis yesterday) and its just so confusing. I've never experienced dysphoria, but I've noticed that my fashion sense doesn't quite line up with what's typically seen as feminine so now I'm wondering if I'm just a girl who has non-traditional tastes or if I'm something else. I've tried experimenting with my style a bit, but I get uncomfortable wearing skirts that aren't skorts (skirts with shorts sewn into them) so maybe I'm a girl who gets a bit more flustered wearing clothing that's a bit more exposing. Gender is so confusing and I just wish it wasn't so I can know just what I am. Edit: Day three of my gender crisis! GIVE IT UP FOR DAY FUCKING THREE! There was this tiny bit of time where I thought I was nonbinary but went back to being a girl. I tried telling my uncle about this shit - I live w/ my uncle btw - and he said, "Not this shit again. Jinn, stop overthinking this stuff." IF I FUCKING COULD I WOULD AND JUST LEAVE IT AS IS AND SAY THAT I'M A GIRL!

Aww im sorry:( gender crises SUCK!! when i first started questioning my gender what helped was experimenting with different pronouns and terms for myself and seeing how i felt thinking of and referring to myself in those different lights. maybe that could help? i wish you luck!!

Yo so I’m late to this. But the only advice I could give is that, you don’t need to figure out everything at once. Figuring yourself out can take a lot of time. Something to keep in mind, I used to believe I didn’t have gender dysphoria because of the myth of“onset gender dysphoria”. Good luck in your crisis! (Might delete this just in case someone knows me)
@jinmori694 Жыл бұрын
@@AlexCenFiner Kinda figured out I was a girl. Being referred with anything other than she/her makes me uncomfortable and being not a girl is something I also don’t vibe with. I think that the social boxes - you’re either a girlboss or a tradwife - associated with being a woman just give me a big ick. I wanna be a girl in the way Nobara from JJK or Merida from Brave or Nanami from Kamisama Kiss are girls. I want being a woman to be something that’s fun for me, not having to put up an act to comply with stupid and contradictory standards.

never had any intense dysphoria either but being some feminine twinkish man also jives right in my head, genderfluid issues
@nathan___40797 ай бұрын
take your time to experiment with gender. you don't necessarily have to like feminine clothing as a girl. you can wear something completely masculine as a cis girl or nonbinary. clothing is really just clothing in the end, don't let that alone confuse on what you identify in terms of gender. it's good that you try experimenting with different styles though, who knows if you might find out about your own niche in expressing yourself! anyway, gender crisis can really make you feel utterly insane at the moment and yeah, it really sticks into your head. you could be doing something completely unrelated but for some reason, your brain goes back to it saying "We just have to think about this!!". It's confusing. You're gonna have to have resilience in this situation. Regardless of what you may identify yourself soon, it's okay to experience dysphoria. most of all, I suggest try leaving all the labels because you're in a confused state right now so more labels is more confusion. Again, take your time. If it becomes too much, try finding a healthy way to distract yourself. It will be okay in the end. No matter what people tell you, you're always valid. edit : oh nvm you kinda figured it out, but just gonna leave this comment here in case anybody else might be feeling the same at the moment

Guys I need help. I might be boy but idk, I think I should be non binary but when I look at all the amab people I feel like breaking down. I’m so jealous. Why can’t I have a deep voice. Why can’t I be boy. But I shouldn’t be a boy. I feel distant like I don’t relate to boys, I don’t like the label, so can somebody tell me if I’m non binary or a boy??
@emilyking52832 жыл бұрын
i’m no expert but you could be a masc non-binary person. i know an afab gender fluid person who is currently on testosterone so do what makes you happy and don’t worry about labels. you just have to be you, not a dictionary definition of a certain gender identity

been there and still there. you're probably trans, you don't have to have masculine personality or urges, you will be surprised to see some boys don't even like the whole "boy" label cus its just so masculine its mind-numbing. same case with women being tired of all the feminine labels. point is, you can still be a boy without all that societal norms. maybe you're just a different boy and nothing is wrong with that.
@ledollarbean18847 ай бұрын
@@nathan___4079 ok update guys, I am a cis girl and I'm okay with that. The other girls around me used to be really mean to me, and I just hated the other girls, and mistook it for not wanting to be a girl. Which isn't true. I have moved schools and come to a more supportive environment, and I'm happy and comfortable with myself.
