I love this! We have a similar routine with our almost 7 year old. My daughter’s bedtime is still 7:30. My husband always tells me it’s too early, so I loved seeing that yours is similar. My daughter needs her routine and loves her sleep!

Totally depends on the child I think! I know some who get far less sleep than Sydney & they are perfectly content 😂 she would not fare well with a later bedtime lol Even if it takes her a little to zonk out, she needs that rest

My daughters the same age by a couple of months and she goes to bed about 8/8:30 now. It was a hard transition for me having less time in the evening for myself! Her nightgown is so cute!

My daughter has issues with eczema too. We do a shower every 2-3 days (unless it's needed before). She puts lotion on right after the shower, to help lock in the moisture. She has curly hair too. We have used not your mother's (and still do sometimes) but we also love the Pacifica pineapple curls. It smells amazing!

Gosh! I would be so happy with a 7:30 bedtime! My three girls all go to bed at 9-9:30. They are all night owls 😵‍💫

My son is 7 and on school nights it’s between 7:30-8pm & weekends are anywhere from 9:30-11pm 🙈 😅

My son goes to bed at 7 730 too. But he has to wake up at 530 to get to early extension at his school. And he will only sleep in to 6/630 on the weekends

Yes they manufacture PFAS free fibers when making their turf so our kids and whoever uses these facilities will have less contact with them. Tencate is raising awareness on this as it’s a widely talked about thing with turf these days 😃 Yet also a bit misunderstood meaning a lot of people talk about PFAS in turf but might not realize they are also in everyday items such as makeup & dental floss etc.

She does. She does her own in the morning & I go in at night with a thorough clean due to how deep her grooves are. She’s getting sealants soon so it won’t be quite as hard to clean. I’d rather help her than for her to get a bunch of avoidable cavities

I do the same with my (just) 8 year old. Fully recommended by our dentist, but we’re in New Zealand so maybe it’s different here? They do miss bits when they do it themselves 🥰

I do the same for my kids. Help them brush at night for a more thorough clean and they can do it theirselves in the day while I'm combing their hair to save time. Love how relatable you and other moms in this community are. Keep videos like this coming ❤
