Hi Marci. Lovely bedtime routine. Suki is so sweet and was really good for her bath and trim. We had three girls and when they were little Helena 3yrs, Caroline 6yrs and Brenna 8yrs we often got names mixed up. Was pretty hectic on schooldays as had to walk up steep hill, took 20mins. My youngest was home schooled till she was 8yrs then went to school. Those were the days happy memories. Now they are 41, 44, 46. Time flies. We love your chanel your children are beautiful 😊😊

And it's really interesting to watch both you and Steph when you give Freya and Sebastian their medication .so admirable and wonderful to see such loving mums so in it with the medication can imagine it's alot to remember ,organise etc .or not ? Thanks for the tips on the walmart syringes and how to clean them! I use them a LOT for foster kittens. They always have URIs and other medical issues and constantly need meds!❤

Great way to wash the syringes. I use one of the brushes they give you when you buy silicone straws to clean them. It takes soooooo much time washing them separately when you have so many. I like your way better! Thank you!💖💖💖

I like the idea that you workout as a family. great!. I go to the gym and i do indoor spinning. But at the moment it is to hot to do spinning so i do just regulair fitness. (If i got energy enough because my syndrome i don t have so much energy sometimes and i have to push myself to go)

How many calories does Freya eat in an average day? I know that she's tiny for her age but I think I read that kids with her syndrome need to eat a lot because it's hard for them to gain weight.

So the cdls foundation has a chart that shows the calorie requirements by age. Freya needs 90 calories per kg so she needs 818 calories a day. One of her Kate farms formulas is 300 calories. So we shoot for just under 3 a day.

I wonder how your other kids feel about everything evolving around Freya. They are all 2nds and less important. I really feel bad for them. They are care givers at best. So sad!!

If you care to watch any of our other videos I address this. This channel is mostly about Freya because we are spreading awareness about her rare syndrome. You see 30 minutes of our whole week. Freya does require more care but we are very diligent about giving our kids individual alone time. We also do not make them care for her. Some kids want to be more involved in her care and others don’t. We let them decide.

I did give it to her after dinner but it was about an hour and a half after. It’s hard to get a truely empty stomach when your child eats every 2 to 3 hours.
