It’s bad if you don’t layer them correctly. If someone is just starting off, it’s best to use exfoliators and Retinol separately until your face gets accustomed to the retinol and use em at least 30 mins apart (if you’re going to use them together)

Ladies! Out of the glycolic acid toner, BHA toner, and honeymoon serum...please only choose one and don’t use it everyday. Less is more! And make sure to incorporate moisturizer at the end and especially SPF during the day.

The Ordinary Salicylic Acid mask is soooo good too. It helped so much with acne/maskne. My skin can’t handle that much exfoliation, but Topicals Faded cream helps a lot with hyperpigmentation too!

The glycolic acid is a exfoliate as well so exfoliating with another exfoliate after glycolic acid can cause over exfoliation, dermatitis and dry skin.

Ladies make sure you also feed your skin with tons of moisturizing barrier ingredients too!! Like Hylauronic Acid, Ceramides, Polygutamic Acid, Urea, Amino Acids/Peptides, Glycerin & Allantoin. So you don’t comprise and damage your moisture barrier with using so many acids in one routine or doing this routine every night. Remember yes exfoliation is important but healthier skin cells can only grow stronger and better with a moisturizer barrier & daily wear of SPF❤️. PS: I worked for paulas choice

Using Glycolic acid with retinol can compromise the stability of the retinol and lead to irritation same with the salicylic acid. This is too many exfoliatlnts in one routine. Vitamin c is best used for the day to help scavenge free radicals from the UVA and UVB rays.
