I read that Tuomas writes the songs, but that he pays a man named Pip Williams to do the orchestration. In my opinion, it is this extremely fruitful collaboration between Holopainen and Williams that makes Nightwish's music so amazing.

@MrForien As far as I know, Nightwish consits of a vocalist, a guitarist, a keyboardist, a bassist and a drummer. I'm not deaf and I can say that this is performed by some (symphony?) orchestra because of (for example) the bowed string instruments and the wind instruments. Son NO, I don't have my blind mode on :)

I think I may like the orchestral better than the original. It says that John Two-Hawks is a special guest at a couple of upcoming shows on their tour. That tells me they're obviously doing this song live again.

Actually, Anette DOES perform Creek Mary's Blood, als long as John Two-Hawks is there ^^ Also, she does Nemo, Wishmaster, Dark Chest of Wonders, Dead To The World, Siren and a couple of other songs^^ Tuomas only said that they won't perform Passion and the Opera, Phantom Of the Opera, Walking In The Air and Stargazers. Although I think she won't do Ghost Love Scoe, but they won't do those four for sure^^ And I'm sorry for my probably bad English
