I genuinely don't have a favorite NW song. This band are unique, in my experience, there are no duff songs, no set fillers, no 'meh' ...Tuomas Holopainen is a genius and with Floor in his armoury they could probably make unblocking a toilet pipe into an emotional rollercoaster of musical magnificence. I will never skip the song "Last Ride of the Day" - It's the last song of their 1hr 30 min set and they still all killed it. It never gets old for us old NW fans to see people see their performances for the first time. It's why we love reaction channels to start their NW adventure.

Well done. We ❤ the passion for our favorite band. I would suggest adding a little variety by checking out 7 Days to the Wolves from their Wembley performance. During the May 2022 concert I was fortunate enough to attend, Floor said it is one of her favorites. If given the opportunity, go see them LIVE. A year later and I am still buzzing from it.

This song is amazing, from the quiet opening, through Marko coming in, to the second half key change and double kicks ride to the finish. It's impossibly good.Floor has said it is the hardest song for her to sing, and I'm all but sure it's what continuous belting that high for around a minute or two at the end there. That said, Storytime. Storytime live from this show is my favorite Nightwish song. The energy in it, the lyrics, the chorus. Literally everything. I fell in love with them, and Floor, due to that song, and decided if I had a time machine that I wanted to go there. Failing that, I went to see them live last year and it was amazing. Definitely check out Storytime, but I am sure that's on your list. One that might not be is Nemo, also from this show. That song tears me up in the second half of it. Right from when Floor shouts out to Empuu and he does the solo to the end of the song, it gets a little overwhelming for me sometimes. In a good way. Might be the flute, but it is also Floor's voice of course, the enegry of this show. Everything. Also that sign though, could not be more appropriately timed, as I am always feeling it in that moment.

Ever Dream is like driving a fine sports car. Start off slow and just start going through the gears. Then kick in top gear at the end. The great thing about Nightwish. You get the same energy performance regardless if in a crowd of 800 or 82000.

Great reaction Ash. Its crying time again. Nightwish/Floor is the ONLY band that has EVER brought me to tears, and they do it every time...sheesh. I don't even try to understand why anymore, it is just part of the experience for me. Ghost Love Score was the first one I stumbled upon so I call that my favorite. However, any song from this performance could fill that slot, honestly. For me they are all tear jerkers. Simply put, nothing else compares to the perfection that is Nightwish at Wacken 2013. Every subsequent Nightwish song becomes a favourite. Wembley concert was great too. If I had a favourite, for emotions, it has to be "The Poet and The Pendulum" performed at Wembley - maybe just for personal relatability but also because it's SO deep and real! There is a long backstory to it but knowing that is not required to appreciate the music and the performance - short version, Tuomas' suicide in song rather than real life. The album version was so good but Floor gave it her all and brought it even more to life. You can see how close all the band members were/are.

Nice reaction and as stated by so many allready, no bad songs and so many favs. Got into Nightwish because of Floor's participation in a Dutch show, Beste Zangers ( best or dearest singers) and have seen her at one of her first soloshows, just before Covid kicked in. She blew me and the total venue away. Then had to wait for 2 years, 3 times postponing the Amstedam gig. But then, total awe. You did Phantom of the Opera with Tarja, first singer. Also get a look at that one they performed in Amsterdam, for the first time in 17 years, mindblowing and jawdropping. Greetings from The Netherlands

Greetings. Well, I can honestly tell you that "Weak Fantasy" is my favorite Nightwish song. According to Spotify, It was my #1 played song with over 1000 plays in 2022, and why not.... some days I found myself with that damn song on repeat and listening to it 3 to 4 times back to back before going on with my day. It has dark, it has light, and as a musician myself, it has one of my favorite things... a FULL sound!! From the orchestral tracks, to the choirs, to the chunky guitars and even a bouzouki on the verse. The studio version is the best to endulge the ears, in my opinion, but the performance in Tampere is an absolutely phenomenal sight for sore eyes, and definitely reaction worthy. Each one is my favorite depending on what mood I'm in. If I'm in an "F*ck The World" type of mood, then Yours Is An Empty Hope is my song of choice. If I'm feeling nostalgic, then there's there's Storytime and Dark Chest of Wonders. IMHO, that's the genius of Tuomas' writing. He has something for every human emotion and beyond.

Yes, I highly recommend attending a concert. I've seen them live 3 times, once with each singer. Technically I've been to 4 concerts, but my first with Annette saw the show get cancelled because of Anette being "sick". They were touring with Sonata Arctica at the time, so they took over the lead spot which was also awesome. (Early Sonata ranks in my top 5 bands right along with Nightwish.) While I'm glad to see Nightwish really growing in popularity due to all these reaction videos, as fans, we really are a special niche. The concerts are filled with just amazing and wonderful people. You can go to a show alone and leave with a bunch of new friends. It's such a great community.

This truly was a performance for the ages. This entire concert is pretty much THE DEFINITIVE examples of floor with Nightwish. Along with the Wembley, Tampere, and Buenos Aires shows. You really cant go wrong with anything. Follow the guidance of Gabriel and the Army. And, no, Floor can sing the Alphabet and it'll be amazing. They are a band like no other.

Great reaction to the band that has been my favorite for 25 years! Favorite song? They are all my favorites! LOL! Actually, Everdream is at the top of the list, and maybe Slaying the Dreamer is a close second, followed by The Greatest Show on Earth, but I'll stop there before end up listing every song they've done. 😁 It took me 21 years before I got to see them live in Albany, NY. It was well worth the wait! By far, the best concert I've ever attended, and I've been to quite a few since I started listening to metal in the mid-70s. Enjoy the journey! They will surprise you every time.

This is my favorite performance of my favorite Nightwish song. It's the only one I learned on bass, guitar, and drums, though I'm certain I can't play it on drums anymore. Floor said on her channel that this was the hardest song to sing from before her time in the band because her voice borders on being "squeaky." Congrats on the channel doing so well.

For me, Marko and Floor duetting is one of my favourite musical things of all time - sheer magic. Picking a favourite Nightwish song with Floor is hard - Ghost Love Score was the first one I heard and that was where the Valkyrie Goddess stole my heart {:D} but I think if I had to pick just one it would be The Greatest Show on Earth ... that end repeated refrain of "We were here!" just tears my heart out.

Nightwish is my top 3 favourite bands ever and they are at the top of my bucket-list of bands I must see live! We will have to wait a while now as they just recently announced they taking a break from touring for awhile! One of my favs that first got my attention from them was Slaying the Dreamer.

Wow...I never thought about my favorite Nightwish song. There are so many good ones to choose from! But if I had to choose a song, my personal favorite is Yours Is An Empty Hope, from the Nightwish Cruise. Yes, Nightwish has performed on a boat, on the ocean -- and what i love about this song is, you get to hear Floor _growl._ The first time I realized Floor was growling and not Marko, my mind was _blown._ I was like, "Wait, what...? That's _Floor_ growling?" And here's the thing about that song: I have a very good auditory sense about differentiations between frequencies, whether it's more than one voice, or even the same voice (for example, my uncle was dealing with stuffed sinuses over the weekend, and I knew he was just from the sound of his voice). With Yours Is An Empty Hope, I knew it was Marko singing, and not Floor -- yet she still had the mic up to her mouth. And then I heard the auditory balance, the overall sound, and I caught the growling from Floor. I was in shock and awe that Floor could do something like growling, yet sound like a Greek Siren (the mythological creatures who could cause shipwrecks with just the beauty of their singing) elsewhere in the same song. As for Ever Dream, I love this song because it's rare that at a bridge, you hear a duet between the drummer and a vocalist. And here, with Ever Dream, it illustrates the feeling of being in love, yet not having that love returned -- and Floor, along with Jukka (pronounced "yoo•ka"), the drummer, demonstrate this with frantic drumming from Jukka, along with the desperate vocals from Floor -- and then, Jukka kicks the tempo into another gear with the double kicks. As a rhythm junkie, Jukka is one of my favorite drummers of all time. And while Kai Hahto is good as a drummer, I love the more laid-back style of drumming from Jukka, not to mention the more emotional playing from Jukka. Plus, you can't go wrong by being nicknamed "The Pirate," lol. I just wish Jukka would come back and get back on the kit, since after this tour ended in 2013, he stepped down from drumming due to insomnia, which threatened his mental and physical health. While he's doing better, and has been for several years, I still miss that man on his kit, and hope he can come back. #IMissThePirate

I personally found Nightwish in the beginning of the pandemic, and I was finally able to see them live in NYC in May of 2022. It was everything I could have hoped for. You might even want to delve into the opening band Beast in Black, also from the Finland area, and OMG what an experience. :)

Favorite Nightwish... excluding Ghost Love Score because everyone loves that, I'd say Dark Chest of Wonders. Seing Nightwish live is an amazing experience. I've had the good fortune to be able to see them on their last two US tours. I can't recommend it enough.

Short answer to ur question. Nope. Floor can sing anything she pleases. From Lady Gaga's Shallow, salsa (que se sente), she can growl, sing Disney's frozen, classical, folk type songs, just anything. Truly a unique artist. She is also a vocal coach , and has some master classes on utube as well. Yes our amazing valkry queen is phenomenal. Love ur reactions. You have so much to see.
