Part of the reason the crowd is so enthusiastic is that this song is a fan favorite and the vocalist Floor replaced simply could not perform this song, and I'm not bashing ANY singer from Nightwish. But the crowd knew those first few notes and were both thankful and elated that this EPIC song was returning to the Nightwish setlist. They go even harder at the end as the now iconic ending was improvised by Floor, the Valkyrie Goddess in an earlier show in the tour, and this crowd had never heard it. Very nice reaction. It was clear that you could feel the music. You're right this music is conquering you, many reactors call this music that is like a battle song in a movie. That's right, that is why it is called a score. You're also on point about the last the note, she knew she nailed it, live, in front of 82,000 people and it being the 13th song of the evening. Wacken Open Air 2013 is a legendary concert every song is this quality, it's arguably one of the best concerts ever recorded.

Escucho a Nightwish dsd el 2004 si mal no recuerdo.. pero cuando echaron a la primer cantante y escuché los discos con la 2da cantante, digamos q les perdí el rastro x varios años. And again a soul is taken by our Dutch Valkyrie Goddes of Metal, more Floor Jansen, watch the Beste Zangers 2019,she sings in different styles and different languages. She sings O Mio Babbino Caro and from the gamecube game Final Fantasy Chronicals, Sound of the Wind. She is working on different projects of Ayreon too, Valley of the Queens and The Day The World Break Down are good ones to start with.. She even sings the Yellow Pages on a radio-show... The backtrack you hear is the Londen Philharmonic Orchestra who did the music for the movie's Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit...

Hey, sweetie!! First of all, don't worry about the tears. I'm a 36 old man from Norway, but my eyes are wet a lot listening to Nightwish, and I'm not alone. I've seen other men writing on reactions and they are older than me and still cries. Nightwish does that to you, especially if you also have some background of their songs. They can poetically hide the story behind the song, preferably some songs should have some shoutouts of the meaning, just to make them even sadder, but it is not necessary if the reactor wants to go totally blind into the song. And second, keep being yourself and do what you do, we in the Nightwish army are very protective of Nightwish and we love them very much, so some from the army may find it a little annoying if the reactor talks when there is music and something big is going to happen. But hey, you're going in to it blind so we can't expect anything else😊 A little tip, tap the keyboard arrow one or two times and go back if you are pausing, gets you into the music again especially at the big moments😉 But you're doing a good job and keep it up, we want more Nightwish and me in particular, want to see your beautiful face😂😉 Hope everything is well and see you later! When you want to go further on the path of our 1.83m tall Dutch Valkyrie Queen Floor Jansen besides Nightwish, here is some background information on the best and most versitale female singer of our time. Floor joined the band 'After Forever' in 1997 at the age of 16. You are going to love “Ever dream” next. If you are getting into this band more your favorite song will switch a lot. They created so many great songs. The Wacken 2013 concert is amazing, but also the concerts at Buenos Aires and Wembley are awesome. Or the recent concert at Hellfest 2022. After a few switches my favorite Nightwish song at the moment is “Dead boys poem”. But it might switch again one day. 😊

Never heard this band before 2 weeks ago , saw them first on here since then ive bought the CD of this concert a 15 song set . Seen 40 plus reactions . Simply put this is the best song ive heard live and im 60 and followed music seriously since 1975 . My previous best was Led Zep Stairway to Heaven, madison square garden . Floor is the best female singer ive EVER heard live

No need to apologise for stuff you do on your own channel - that is what reacting to music is all about. If you're excited, be excited, if you wanna cry, go right ahead. If you wanna break shit, that's fine too, but you'll probably regret it after. Music is meant to provoke a reaction. From a viewer perspective, there's nothing wrong with talking while the video is playing, but if it is more than just a few words, then it is better to pause and say what you need to say. That way you don't miss anything in the song that you're reacting to as you may miss something important or meaningful. Good job on GLS. Nightwish are such an amazing group of people and they are simply amazing artists. And Floor's voice - it still brings tears to my eyes when I hear this song performed. Rock on! 🤘

Around 140 bands played at the open air festival in Wacken in 2013, so probably not all of the 75.000 members of the audience were there for Nightwish. 😉

Nice reaction :o) I hope, you took time and watched the whole concert later. Btw. This concert was in Wacken. Wacken is actually one of the biggest Rock Festivals in Europe. I guess, you didn't know nightwish before this Video. They had 3 Singers and Every had an own Style. The original Singer was Tarja Turunen, a classical trained singer and mixed a lot of classic Voice to the Music. You really should check out all 3 singers.
