Si tuviera una máquina del tiempo para ver un solo concierto entre todos los conciertos de todas las bandas, sin duda eligiría este. No cabe duda que este Nightwish tenía la magia, juntos solamente, cada quien por su lado se pierde su esencia. Jukka Nevalainen hizo trabajo asombroso con ilusión rítmica que pocos toman en cuenta. El poder desgarrador de la voz única de Marco Hietala empata genial con la de Tarja Turunen creando una sintonía oscura e imponente. Emppu Vuorinen es un genio impecable en la guitarra, y el mayor de todos, compositor que creo la música que hizo vibrar esta agrupación, Tuomas Holopainen, pues el lo dijo. Que las cosas se dieran así fue un golpe impredescible y magnífico, suerte el le llamó. Lo malo es que fui muy jóven para verlos en vivo en su mejor etapa.😭😭😭

Only a fool could make such a decision, BUT the band's genius, songwriter and leader Holopainen surely isn't a fool, therefore the only reason must have been ❣️LOVE 💔. Most of us here in Finland 🇫🇮 believe he loved Tarja from the very beginning, but being the shy musical genius type he only expressed his deep love for Tarja with all his songs and beautiful heartbreaking melodies and lyrics, not by some simple "I love you" words like we ordinary guys would do. And then one sad day along came that ordinary guy, who started to flirt with Tarja and naturally he wanted to marry her as quickly as possible. That must have been extremely painful for Tuomas to watch, how the love of his life was suddenly in another simple Argentinian guy's arms, therefore he had to make the unthinkable decision and fire the best female vocalist ever in metal music. PS. Tuomas Holopainen has been amazingly successful in hiding his personal life completely from all press here in 🇫🇮 and we can't know any true facts about his love life during the 30+ last years.

Fantastic concert in general, but why on earth did they ruin Dead Boy's Poem so much by removing the climax at the end and instead just starting right on Slaying the Dreamer? That's such a blemish on an otherwise fabulous performance imo.

Agreed that cutting out the end of DBP is abominable (I would be so gutted if they did that at concert I was at!), but...I have to say, this performance of StD is one of the best I've ever heard. Utterly perfectly performed.

@@JamanMosil I am also very fond of the performances of StD from Summer Breeze 2002 and also Amsterdam 2002 (shitty video quality, but sound is pretty good), but you probably know about them already - in this period Tarja tended to mime to the angry vocals done by Marco in a really cool way, with just that extra bit of aggression to it coming in to her vocals as well - in lack of a better way of describing it.
