I been living here in los Angeles California all my life and I was never able to go to a Nightwish concert before , but I went to this one and got good front row tickets . It was SOOOOOOOOOOOO AMAZING A dream come true !!! I waited all my life for this moment.

This was the first time I saw Nightwish live. BLEW ME AWAY!!! The VOLUME was so intense...you would never know it by watching the videos. Their light show as fantastic!! But most of all, their musicality and live performance UNFORGETTABLE!!! Thank you Nightwish for touring the US. See you next time!!!

This was my 3rd show at the Wiltern. All the sound techs know there is to turn it 12 and forget to well mix the music. Glad you enjoyed the show, but I am done with that venue.

I had two tickets to both of these shows for my wife and I for the original dates. We're from Texas. We were going to fly to LA but the shows got postponed due to the stupid pandemic (or they might've been postponed twice, I don't remember). Either way I had to get a refund on our tickets because we couldn't make these dates. I hope whoever bought our tickets had a good time.

I was there too! I've seen Nightwish four times now, three with Floor, and while they've always been great, this concert had some special energy. You could tell how happy they are to be touring again and sharing great music with fans. It was an electric atmosphere and a fantastic and euphoric night of music. Thanks for capturing this!

All you US fans should buy Nightwish tracks on any platform, to get this band where it belongs. After that you will see the full show with screens and pyros also in US.. Anyway, this was great video.

Just a shame that Marco is no longer a member but Troy has stepped up so well and what can I say about Floor that has not already been said. Goosebumps everytime. Thanks for posting this. The sound at the concert sounded so off to me. Floors voice sounded so sapranoy I thought I was listening to Annette??? This recording does not sound like what I heard at all. So weird. Loved seeing Nightwish after such a long wait between shows, but the Wltern is out for now on. Their sound system blows.

Man, I must say, i loved seeing Noise & Planet Hell for the intro. but man after 33:33 , that's when i knew it was going to be intense. Such a hell of a show. If there's one song i wish i could of heard live, probably would be Pan. Either way this show was kickass!

I was there both nights. The actual concert was 2 hours of 102 db sound with a horrendous lo-freq rumble that blurred bass & drums & drowned out all of the band's finesse. This phone recording is far superior to the actual sound because it is rejecting their awful bass mix & volume. I love this band & their recordings but it was the first concert I have ever been to that forced me to keep my ear plugs in the entire time & I've seen Judas Priest, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, & Black Sabbath. This is probably closer to the performers' on stage in ear mix. Floor's voice is nothing short of magnificent. Somebody from the band needs to go out front during the sound check & fix this please! Nope, it is the venue. As I have previously stated, this was my third show at that venue and the sound always sucks a huge bag of dicks. I am done with this theater period.

Oh my god, thank you for sharing. This was my second concert experience, so I was wondering if live (non-acoustic) music just sounds like that...?! Or if it was because of where I was sitting? Good to know it's the building. It wasn't until I got home and listened to my phone recordings that I appreciated how exceptional the performance was. Still, absolutely zero regrets for catching the show! The energy was fantastic.

@@HAPPYCHIEF1 first night was 120 a person. Not good but not terrible. Second night, another friend wanted to go so I bought tickets on Saturday. Went to the show, the line was giant, so I searched for the girl with the iPad again. Told her I want two more VIP seats and handed her my card, expecting 240 again. Nope. It was 560!! And she did not disclose that to me. So yeah that sucked big time as I already paid 280 a couple of hours ago for the two tickets on Saturday. So 200 plus 240 on Friday and 280 plus 560 on Saturday. Plus the hotel (the line) and the flight from Dallas. On a positive note, the band stayed at the same hotel and I was in the elevator with Empu twice lol. He took smoke breaks in front of the hotel.

@@HAPPYCHIEF1 Interesting bit of info. First night VIP receipt showed just that. VIP table X 2. Second night, my receipt for the table was TEN general admission tickets! Empu was very shy. Or, just avoiding people. Ifirst time I saw him was on Friday, before the show. He was smoking in front of the hotel. I said hi, he said hi back, told him can’t wait to see them, he said thank you, then did a pirouette and vanishes lmao. Second time was on Sunday, we rode the elevator together. He was on 12, I was on 11. He remembered me and we talked for about half a minute, told him I’m considering going to Barcelona to see them at rock fest. He said maybe I’ll see you there haha.

Excellent quality sound and video - BUT - perhaps the pathetic, immature screamers could go home, sit down and contemplate just what brilliance and enjoyment they have brought to this experience for themselves, the band and the rest of the audience. I doubt that many paid good money to sit near anyone that considered their catwerwalling superior to Floor's vocals.

I had TICKETS for over a year and my friend of 53 yrs backed out 2 days befote the show!!! Needless I NEVER made it!!!!! I'm so upset, it just kills me... I waited long and money wasted, no concert with Nightwish!! 😭🥵 we needed handicap seating and I had stand up only tickets! Hey would have helped us! So bummed.....
