This is from the Wacken 2013 show, which is a big metal festival in North Germany. If you like their sound in this song, you're in for a treat. This is only one of many great songs. Songs I can recommend from this concert are for instance Ghost Love Score, Romanticide and Storytime. But that doesn't mean that the other songs are not fantastic as well. There are many songs / performances to choose from. Nightwish was formed in 1996 and still active today, with the latest album released April 2020.

I've never heard of this band or their music. I grew up with the 70's and 80's rock and heavy metal. This is different and quite good. She has a great voice. Almost haunting. Different elements to it. I may have to explore more of their music.

You nailed it . The crowd and band totally in sync. The only other show I’ve been to(and that’s a lot for this old fart) that even remotely rivals Nightwish is Cypress Hill . You should listen to Within Temptation once, it is almost the same music style as this band. Within Temptation is a Dutch symphonic metal band. Which has been around since 1996. Their first breakthrough was with the song ice queen from 2001.
