Hey Buckeye Creeker. Longtime Nightwish Army Phoenix subscriber back here for you. I absolutely love your Nightwish reactions. And this entire Wembley 2015 concert is fantastic. There is no better version of this song than this Wembley version... and I include the music video. This is THE ONE. So hauntingly beautiful from Marko (and his unnamed female backup vocalist) and from Troy using the ebow, making his guitar gently weep. Fantastic and thank you, buddy.

Hi there Buckeye, this song always makes me teary eyed. Life puts so much pressure on us on a daily basis that we more often than not become overwhelmed. Anger, fear, anxiety take over and unfortunately, we lose perspective ( its a natural human response) Love should never be a burden either to give or to receive l strongly believe. 'First day of love never comes back, a passionate hour's never a wasted one' gets me every time. I don't know if anyone has mentioned already that this was written for a Finnish film called Lieksa. There is video for this song with snippets from the film. Troy using that EBow adds to the song. It originally didn't have that. Another great reaction my Buckeye brother 😊

Hey Creeker. Nice reaction! This is the best version, with Floor’s amazing backing vocals, and Troy on guitar with eBow. His wasn’t originally a Nightwish song, but something Tuomas was commissioned to do for a Finnish film, that he collaborated with Marco on. Jukka, the previous drummer did play drums on it too. Anette, nor any of the ladies sang on it originally. Emppu did not appear on the original nor in this performance. Keep exploring Nightwish.

🤩👍💥💯🎼 A track you cannot find off from their albums, yet they bravely threw it on the setlist to perform this theme music of a movie for the sold out Wembley Arena. Troy Dee´s E - bow melody is originally played with violin on the studio recording. Neat reaction män and don´t ya forget to keep on rockin´ with them! 🤘😎💙🎼 In case you´re about to do another reaction to "The Poet and the Pendulum" it wouldn´t be too bad of an idea to check out the Demo version of it which is all sung by Marko, since there isn´t too many Live versions available in the Utuub universe...
