and I can help with the Dragonlance references: "shalifi" is a reference to Raistlin Majere, who is called "shalifi" by his apprentice Dalamar the Dark. Silvara is a silver dragon, and Starbreeze is from Alhana Starbreeze, princess of the elves. Sla-Mori is a reference to the Sla-mori to Pax Tharkas, the dwarven fortress. "if you hear the call of acrane lore, your world shall rest on earth no more" is also ment to Raistlin. "the inn of the last HOME" is in solace. That's what i know for sure.

I write a book (fantasy of the night) and i put some things from that song. When i show it to my teacher she said that i have talent. So i am really tanksfull to the song and Nightwish. I listen to all of their songs when i write and i don't know who will dislike that!

@ChenMan11 If memory serves me right, it's based on a series of books called 'The Dragonlance Chronicles'. Elbereth, Lorien, Silvara and Starbreeze are all charcters. As are the Sla-Mori (or that could be a place, it's been a while since I read them) Hope that helps x

Starbreeze and Shalafi are Dragonlance references... Also talks about Dragons of an Autumn Sun... The Inn of Last Hope is also a reference from the Dragons series, referring to the meeting place of the heroes that is eventually taken over by Caramon Majere and his wife, Tika

I wasn't prejudiced against Tarja or anything, but the letter tells a very clear story and there's as good as no evidence to suggest that this letter contains lies. And as a matter of fact, Tarja never denied any of the accusations made by the other band members, she merely said she "doesn't see herself in them". I don't want to hate Tarja. But as long as the open letter is not proven wrong, she'll simply remain a bad person in my mind.

Pretty cool, but I think it's actually "Inn of the Last Home," not "last Hope." Several of the other lyrics refer to the Dragonlance Chronicles (Silvara, Starbreeze, Shalafi, Sla-Mori), and that story begins at the Inn of the Last Home in the village of Solace.
