Nihari Masala Ingredients (for 1 kg meat):
1 tsp black peppercorn
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp fennel (saunf)
8-10 cloves
2 inches cinnamon sticks
1 star anise (baadiyan)
1 flower mace (javitri)
1/2 nutmeg (jaifal)
1 long pepper (pipli)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp salt
Curry Ingredients:
1/2 kg beef, bone-in
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
4-5 cups water, or as needed
4 tbsp wheat flour
Ginger, julienned for garnishing
Green chillies, chopped for garnishing
Lemon juice for garnishing
