I'm pained about the argument of "NO AWARENESS WITH POLICE". It is their bloody Job. They need to be aware, if they are not aware they should be dismissed and an appropriately aware person should be appointed in that position. Second, Parents need to have emotionally supported their daughter a lot, which is apparent in her suicide letter. They ought to have believed their daughter instead of entirely placing the blame on the police. But have to commend the parents to bring the details to the public so that other parents would be aware.
