Well, they all have different fun personalities which got them this job, and they’re on their first big trip together. of course they have a grand time. Sometimes all it takes is that one person in the group who starts shenanigans though, so just ask your friends to go to karaoke or something!

That's prolly a sign to be the one to plan the event. It doesn't even have to be an expensive or a grandiose one. It can just be a camping outside where someone can bring a guitar out or something. It can even be not as hassle and just a gaming tourney at your place or anyone's place. And you can do what they did, Karaoke. Also, take a note out of millie's book. Go Crazy, Let Loose, don't care about genders and just be the chaos incarnate you wish to be (of course without hurting anybody's feelings).
