Im pretty sure they previously applied to anycolor. The twins loved vtubing. It kept their idol dreams alive. Fuwamoco are not young. Their in their late 20s early 30s. So anycolor passed on them. The twins though had loyal travelers fan and back then were still entertaining. They just needed a shot. Thank God for hololive

It isn't a surprise Niji would want their own FuwaMoco. I think any vtubing agency would want their own version of them. The Twin Bau Baus have done really well and lots of people are excited for their upcoming 3D. We saw how much them just posting a pic from Mr. Donut did for the company there, even now after HoloFes is over there are still people posting they made the "Pilgrimage". Some have even reported the Pon-De-Rings were already gone for the day. The twin Doggos even had a lot of merch going on at the same time a for a while there. Their birthdays (a separate set for both of them), Advent "Starter Merch", and some other things as well. I remember they showed a "Merch Guide" during one of their FuwaMoco Mornings. We all know how much Niji loves selling merch. They'd love to be in that same situation. It really is too bad Niji is how they are though. I know there are other twin Vtubers out there. They might have thought it wouldn't be possible to keep it up in an agency. Even FuwaMoco mentioned they weren't sure it would work in a big agency, they've talked about how they applied multiple times and sometimes even separately. After their success, it shows something like that can work, it probably encouraged other twin/sibling vtubers as well. Sadly, this is Nijisanji we're talking about though. They won't get the support they need. The best that could happen for any twin/sibling acts who join Niji is they might have it slightly better agency wise than FuwaMoco did in their Go-Go-Nippon days. They at least had great support from their fans and on the Vtuber subreddit even during that time. The Nijisisters won't do that for a Niji version of the twins (unless they are guys who fujoshi bait). We've seen how they only cared about Denauth's debut and have little interest in them now.

Honestly, its impossible to get someone like Fuwamoco. I mean we all know Fuwamoco are super experienced and are very unique. Also, KZbin recommended me a lot of Twins Vtuber after subbing to Fuwamoco and one thing, I noticed is that they hardly "sync" at all (as in saying something similar together) but they do sound very similar to one another though which I find very interesting.

And the worst part is that even IF they landed sibling vtubers that exploded in popularity, they'd still fuck it up by not supporting them just like they did with Salome. Fuwamoco... I remember they were former vtubers, twin vtubers and they had a fairly successful career as corpo vtubers in the past though I recall they were graduated since the corpo was unsatisfied with small success. From my understanding Raziel didn't sign any NDA or confidentiality agreement or any contract for that matter because Ninji screwed it up by putting the wrong name on the contract and never fixed it. Even if she did sign one it wouldn't hold any water in the Western Courts they would just laugh it right out of the court room. Also I don't think this C&D would hold any water in Western Courts either because defamation is completely different over here. Yeah try and go the twins route Nini it will fail and it could cause a family break up and two close family members will hate each other and it will be all your fault. I did a quick Google search and if Ninji would get minors they would HAVE TO follow child labor laws in Japan and yes they do have child labor laws and part of it states no workers under the age of 18 are allowed to work no more than 40 hrs per week /8hrs per day and they are not allowed to work during the hours of 10pm to 5am. Not sure if any of the Highschool workers that they do have they are following the laws.

In Japan, the legal working age is 15yrs old, albeit with restrictions. And since this is an audition for Japanese talents, they can skirt around this in Japan. That said, Fuwamoco are definitely no longer minors when they started their vtubing career as both Fuwamoco and their past life. (Learned this after stumbling onto some cursed knowledge from 7-11 years ago. YT listened to my monologues during my alone times without my consent. This phone is very scary 😅)

There was an agency once that hired a minor, agency being Akioair. Now that they hired a minor with the consent of their parent/guardians was not the problem, the problem started when Akio air tried to sell Nophie off as a young adult. Now vtuber audiences can be very unhinged, but they would had been so unknowingly agains a minor if it wasn't leaked that Nophie was only 15/16 at the time. It's best to stay away from employing minors in these kinds of environments and seek them once more when they do turn 18. As for FuwaMoco. This was before they debuted and before I knew they were Akira and Makoto Misaki, even before I knew they were actual twins irl. But I was really iffy about 2 people sharing 1 channel, as I thought that 1 fight could break the duo apart. But I'm glad I was wrong about this one, Fuwawa and Mococo are doing amazing. They work so hard and are so fun together, they try to keep everyone happy (maybe a bit naive, as there will always be anties for everyone). I do love them both and that Yagoo said yes for putting them together, instead of splitting them up for double the income on like supas, was such a power move and shows that Hololive does listen to the wishes of the talents. Can't wait to see Advent's 3D in a few months.

Honestly I'm glad they did try once more (this time under Hololive's banner), it really helped them getting more confident again, after they were being told that the Akira and Makoto twins weren't good/profitable enough.

Most agencies will now be open to this idea, but agencies that already have one pair won't probably won't another because of the diminishing returns on the extra investment. Ever since FWMC debut, me feed has been populated with indie sibling or friend streamer duos, some with history as long or longer as them, so there won't be a short supply. Whoever applies for that 'twin schtick' in Niji will NOT have a good time. FWMC are REALLY well regarded by the JP side as well as the EN side. Which means, whoever tries to shoe in on their thing will IMMIDIATELY be labelled a copycat and mocked for it. Remember what happened to every sea-based VTuber after Gura? How many prospective VTubers were told they were copying Gura just because they had a sea-animal theme and blue colors (which is, let's be honest, kinda given since blue is the color of the sea and all)? This, but about a thousand times worse. Just a BAD idea overall. I don't know how their PR department didn't immidiately go "YAMEROOOOO!". Then again, they might just be interns on minimum wage for all I know.

Replicating FuwaMoco is almost impossible, their fluent in Japanese and knowledgeable about japan. Their actual twins long used to being in sync, their also long runners in their PL so vtubing is something they know. And Niji wants any pairs to apply that might well be minors. Niji it isn't that hard a concept to learn that directly competing won't work. At least try working to a different niche

They already had that chance, but they fucked it up big time. At first they let go of Otogibara Era and Suzuhara Lulu, then they let go Melissa Kinrenka, Mayuzumi Kai, Gundo Mirei, and Aiba Uiha and its not even enough they literally went and fucked up so bad that they let go Mika Melatika, Selen Tatsuki, Nina Kosaka and Pomu Rainpuff. Talents could've been bigger if managed properly. Its not because of their talents, its because of their messed up hiring process that just hires anyone that lead to them having issues like what we have with Luca Kaneshiro and Vox Akuma, Then they have problems with PR that managed to mess up so bad that they it lead to them losing stocks and that's not all they even managed to fuck up their talents on the JP side too. They need the proper and full reshuffling of their management including their rules and regulations, if they can't they wont even find any killer at this point. They wont even find a Vspo match up or even a Phase connect match up much less hololive.
