This dress was supposed to come out in mid-2.x patches, but alas, nothing happened for some reason. There are...rumours, though, that the first official skin (March Hunt doesn't count) in HSR will be for a 5*.

@EXPTclips i really enjoy it cause i rarely watch streams and watching a bunch of other vtubers for the same game can be time-consuming and tiring so this really saves up a lot of time for me! but as an editor and graphic designer, i also understand how much time we have to spend on this too! if you do decide to continue, i'll wait as long as i can!

part of me thinks this outfit will be one of the rewards for the 1 year anniversary! Considering that the Honkai games are Hoyo's "favorite children" i hope it will be better than Genshin's anniversaries
