Wow, didn't expect to see such an old clips from a year ago to be translated. This was during the scrims period for 1st Apex Vtuber tournament on August last year. Ebio, Ibrahim, and Yashikizu entered as "Japan Representative" which is why their name has JPN on it. Also some additional info, the pro team they were spectating, SKT T1, has already disbanded and their member (Parkha, Obly, and Karonpe) were released as free agents.

An update! All 3 of them are now playing for a JP team called Riddle Order ^^ and they're still as strong as ever~ 2022 Update! PKO and their coach have left Riddle Order (end of contract). Unsure about their next steps as of now.

if anybody is wondering why there are preds in a plat lobby, this was back before season 7's ranked changes. Once you hit Diamond 3 it grouped all D3+ players with masters and preds. There wasn't anywhere NEAR as many people playing as there is now so sometimes there wouldn't be enough to fill those high level lobbies and plat + d4 players would be matched with them.

I think the Caustic barrel smoke at the top of the roof is standard pro strats. It's mostly to deny surprise attacks and get enemies that are surprised from the traps. Standard counter response would be to play it like Faide/Aceu/Taxi2g and do those super dumpy pumpy jumps and book it out of there (most pro teams would've at least not immediately get 2/3 squad members killed, probably or at least have known that people were camping roof) and simultaneously with either Wraith portal to allow for a counter assault or a nade to disincentivise the enemy from pushing you. Either that or they wait near that building for another party to push and then fire a pathfinder ulti and third them

He said "キャラコンやばっ!" Which literally means, "His character control is insanely good", his character being Revenant. Both translations are technically correct.
@ChronicalV3 жыл бұрын
@@CMTJTG yea that is exactly what he said, but in apex the term movement is character control in japanese. Its game lingo and its not a character specific thing, so i think op is right?
