Do most of these houses have the tile downstairs or carpet? I really hate having carpet downstairs. Is this neighborhood close to an elementary school? Like walking distance or do they have a bus? We are going to be transitioning to one car at first coming from overseas.

Hey! Most of these homes have either tile or hardwood (not sure if it’s real wood or fake), I haven’t seen any with carpet downstairs! This neighborhood is super close to the primary school (Pre-k to 1st) and even closer to the intermediate school (2nd to 5th). We are just less than 1mi to the former & less than a quarter mile to the latter! We are in one of the houses closer to the schools, so we are one street away from the first bus stop. I believe the bus starts 1mi away from the school. We are on Rhine road, in one of the cul-de-sacs (before the intersection of Etienville), and the schools are called Hampton Primary & Irwin Intermediate if you want to look up on maps for reference!
