Isn't this story similar to your previous one in which the poor girl scores well in 12th, she wants to become a doctor, her father is a driver who works for a rich man, the rich man scolds the girl for dreaming big...and it is portrayed as "motivation"? Nice story...but it would have been better if you had portrayed Soham who proves his coach wrong by being determined and persistent enough to go beyond bowling and become a decent enough batter too. Very often kids are told their talent lies in one area and they should focus on that only...and even if they want to learn something more, they are discouraged from it. That is exactly what this story is showing. But remember there are people like Steve Smith too, who started out as a legspinner... 🤷

This is one of many corruption issues the players face all for addiction to money, the greed borne by the bad habits of spoiled rich families, using all time n disregarding coaches n field staffs. Etc. But, coaches as him somewhere really exist, lots of distinguished, specialist players emerges. This video is a good example for those down torn depressed aspiring players, I would like to say never waste time thinking on being disregarded. Just keep doing whatever u been instructed in the field with full passion. One day you will become really a special player regardless of your monetary status.. Remember, what master Bruce Lee said. " He is scared of that person who practices 1000 times for a single kicks rather than a person who knows 1000 different kicks." Very powerful message n true also.. So, utilise the time wisely and not energy wasting without passion...bowling to the batman. Focus where n how u r delivering and the next day try pitching on an assumed spot, regardless of who is batting...this way each day u will start loving to bowl more n more...becoming better n better. Cos any work without passion is worthless. Love what u do...ur destiny awaits in smile. ❤️👍 Good message Sir. NIJO.

Well my piano teacher was pretty strict with me. Whenever I hit the wrong key or lost or count focus she would get really angry with me we would have to play the song over and over again.But when I did great she would smile and clap for me. Soon she couldn’t teach me anymore (for personal reasons) I ended going to easygoing classes where I was not learning a thing so I rejoined her. We went for at least a year then again stopped. I couldn’t play it for a long time due to too much work. Today when I played the piano I hadn’t forgotten what key is which.Teachers only want the best for their students. Just because they are strict doesn’t mean they are bad

No genuine cricket coach would break a bat just because someone who they think can be a good bowler wants to learn to bat. That only reflects disrespect towards the game. You may be a coach who thinks he knows best...but you CANNOT consider yourself to be bigger than the game itself. Even Dennis Lillee said Sachin Tendulkar wanted to become a bowler but asked him to concentrate on batting. But I doubt if Lillee would have intentionally damaged a cricket ball just to make sure Sachin got the message. I do not agree with the approach shown in this video. The message may be positive but the intention is certainly not.
