The Nike Air Force 180 High was Nike's answer in response to the Reebok Pump Double Pump that had a similar feature

Rob! Yeah, fantastic shoe, but not as good as the 2 hi double pump. Reeboks had that full foot inflatable air unit in the foot bed. I wish both would be given a retro. I doubt Reebok will bring it back though. Probably got a better chance of nike releasing the force 180.

@@TheRetroManRandySavage All in due time but the reason why Nike and Reebok won't retro them is probably the nature of the materials and the components to the sneaker but we hope that they do get retroed

@@HightopRob shouldn't be a problem for nike. Obviously they would be expensive to produce, but I'd expect them to just slap a $300 retail price on them like they did the air pressure. I don't mind paying extra. Fingers crossed they give it a retro.🤞

Still have my original pair from 91. They were reduced to about £44.99 when I bought them from JD sports in Birmingham. The midsoles have a shed a bit of foam over the last 32 years 😄

I got these when they first came out me and my parents were back to school shopping they were $150 that was alot back then i had to beg my dad for a hour to let me get them the first day of school people were coming up to me to look at them they were badass these and the new orange and white bo jackson shoes in 91 were the shoes to have my brother got the bos that year!!

I want these AND Reebok Pump Hi (Double Pump) to come back as I'm sure many others do. Thanks for bringing attention back to this sneaker with a fresh vid! At the risk of being "that guy", I feel like I have to correct you about how many pump bladders the shoe has - only 2. The Ankle collar and the arch. The instruction diagram you have at 1:08 shows the various positions of the switch: Position 1 - Inflates the ankle collar. Position 2 - Inflates the arch support. Position 3 - Locked/Holding position. Regardless, I'm off to sign the petition to bring these back! 🙌

Lol ya I screwed up there, there is only two bladders the arch and the collar . And one to lock . My Lock busted . I remember when these pumped up and the arch bladder was full . Please correct my mistakes 👍

really cool video i agree with you about the 2012 retro they were straight doo doo but they released a grey suede pair i loved those. i had them for 10 yrs and wore n hooped in them until there was no paint left and the soles separated

Would you be willing to sell this pair? This is my first sneaker that started my journey when I got it brand new as a kid. If not no worries at all but thought I’d ask,I am trying to locate a pair. Sorry this is one of my fav sneakers as well and is not for sale . Ya I wore these straight when I bought these for a whole week. Then they started to crumble . I paid $65us on eBay in 2002 and have had them on display ever since. We have a petition started to bring these back! Thanks for the feedback.

lol , I’ve been called out all ready, in canada its 50/50 , also in Europe . We say NIKE LIKE BIKE , but sometimes we say Nike like nikey and I’ve changed the way I say it in my more recent videos.

lol I changed the way I say it, actually in Europe they say NIKE like BIKE , but actually was at Nike and hung out with a bunch of important people and I was corrected by them too, so for you and everyone else I will now at it the right way! Watch my newer stuff I have corrected it .
