Nike GT TURBO - A New Shoe, or Just A Rehash?

GT Run was changed to GT Hustle to avoid confusion as it would sound it is a running shoe instead of a hoop shoe.

I believe the reason they changed the GT Run line was because it was just a name change itself. The GT Hustle lines following it are the successors of the line, but apparently Nike didn’t want to confuse people and have them think it was a running shoe due to its original title.

GT cuts are overpriced. They should’ve kept GT Cut 1 as its own signature shoe. Honestly the 1st one is the best one.

Literally no point in getting these if you already have the GTCut3s. They should just bring back the GTCut1s

There might be, those who want more support. Aside from the Olympic colorway, some find the Cut 3s support hit or miss cause the material. The material looks like it could be more strong and with a carbon fiber it’ll be a little bit more rigid.

well, maybe they'll call the next iteration of this shoe as GT Turbo V6 or V8...I sure hope there is really something new on this one and not just the name and some window dressing...
