By far a better version of the Ja sneaker. I too can feel that zoom unit but I’m going to put in a move insole and see if it is better. The Ja 1 was a better fit, i didn’t feel lateral movement (foot didn’t slide to the side). I feel some in the Ja 2. This sneaker definitely feels less bulkier than the 1, but the materials on the 2 look and feel cheaper to be honest.

Hey, they’re VERY different shoes. Really comes down to your footshape / playing style / bodyweight. Ja 2 for guards, medium or narrow feet; Dame 9 for bigs, wider feet.

@@TommyLiu4 I agree I just miss the glory days of when signature shoes were just that a signature of the player’s game and likeness that’s why I’d give a shout out to the book 1’s although they have basically the same cushioning as the Kobe 4 protro they look vastly different and it’s actually plays back to him perfectly. I love JA and I think they can get a little more creative with his designs and tech.
