The Nike Vapor I actually had 2 releases. The release for the World Cup in 2002 had 2 colorways (green/brown and silver/red). Ronaldo had a special release that was silver and lime green (R9). The R9 was actually in the second release which had a significantly improved heel. This second release also included the 2 versions in Kangaroo Leather. The heel on the first release was a blister machine, and Nike tried to add more padding on the heel in the second release to improve people's experience. Unfortunately this did not work and continued to have blister problems well into the future. I gave up on the line after the III's, much to the delight of my feet.
