Glad to hear your enjoyed it! It’s definitely an amazing boot! My feet are just to narrow to fully fit in them but if I wear thicker socks then I’m golden. I just don’t enjoy having to prepare to wear cleats with thick socks because I’d rather just put on a pair of cleats and be ready to go

FG cleats on some hot ass turf will equal messed up glue and studs especially hard turfs

Definitely agree!! That’s why I always recommend for anyone playing on hot or bad turf to get a second pair of cleats because your main cleats Will definitely get damaged sadly :-/

Not necessarily. I’ve been wearing the superfly 9 FG’s for about a year now and all I currently see is some small fabric tears around the sole. Gonna keep wearing them until I can’t

They were super easy to clean!! I used a toothbrush, water, and a little bit of dish soap 🧼! I haven’t used them on turf though so not sure how easy it would be to clean turf stains off of them 🙏 hope this helps

I have narrow feet n use mercurials size 8.5 , so tried the DF model half size down and they felt really good. My question is would they feel the same with the low cut versions half size down?

Im gonna get the black ones for AG. I just spent £200+ on the adidas x Crazyfast AG and the colour has been ruined within 3 sessions on AG. Id love to get the white colour of these Phantom GX elite for SG though, do you think wet grass would stain the white ones? how do you think they would look after cleaning them? it's important for the boot to look good - look good, feel good, play good. I also have wide feet but love the really tight fit, tight as possible.

Hey! 👋 thanks for commenting! Appreciate you! I play with mine on grass on the time and they held up super well until it raining like crazy one day and they got super muddy and grassy. Since then they have some dark brown stains that I’ve tried to get off but have stuck to the outer boarders of the boots. I’ve used a magic eraser and that’s helped a lot but they’re still visible. All that said the boots definitely look great still. You’ll just have to clean them super often! Let me know if you have any questions!

Hey there! These cleats are super thin. They are great but since they are so thin I wouldn’t recommend going with them if you want protection:-/

@@brainmartinez1433 I think these would be a great option for CDM as long as you’re not going into flying tackles all the time. The grip knit on the cleats allow for a great control and overall the cleats are super comfortable 👏

@@AntonioDiaz i find the new tiempos to be too narrow for how much they stretch but i do like the preds, ended up with the furon v7s from newbalance because they offer a wide fit version and my foot is just that wide man lmao. nice video though man

@@mokentroll8443 hahaahah totally get it! I think it’s so awesome that New Balance offers wide versions of there cleats! I think more brands have to do that so that people get a more comfortable fit! Glad to hear you were able to find a pair! I heard great things about those cleats. Would you recommend them?

Why won’t you use them on turf? Why is it bad for them?

I won’t use them on turf because I love the colorway to much. I don’t want to end up damaging the upper with turf marks or turf stains. But they would be great on any surface ✌️
