In this video I thought I would just sit these two shoes side by side for a second. Its not really a contest just a rare occasion when two different shoes drop back to back both having stash pockets. one for the shrooms. one for the weeds.

Just copped a pair of stingwaters off StockX. Paid $390 after fees and shipping. Looking at the Stock Numbers...that's a steal. There's not a lot of pairs on the market, and it's a red dunk collab, that tells me these will shoot up pretty quick above 600

The more I see the Stingwater the more I like em. The sock liner and the zipper pocket are some of my favorite aspects. Been thinking Mario mushrooms the whole time too, and I’m loving the new shirts 😍 🔥 Especially that Peach on the Porsche, throwing the Gulf blue shell 😳🤯 Hope I see the notifications while I’m on vacation next week 😂 💙⬛️

Love these shoes. The clear sole does it for me. Was lucky enough to cop a pair of the latest Dime Mtl x Vans mids that also have the clear sole and love them so much. Won't last long but hey wear what you got 🥰

I like the jeweled swoosh, the clear mid and outsole, and the plastic tongue of the Stingwaters. That's what 's unique about this release. The pebbled/textured leather has been used in the Brooklyn Project's collab before - the Walk Of Fame dunks.

@@DavidBluetile I noticed something recently, the logo “stingwater” and the swoosh always reads left to right on each shoe, so on one outer panel it faces the toebox and on the other it faces the heel... same with the inside ones as well... enjoy tripping on that for a bit😝🍄

My first choice would be the red pair. I agree with the details you also like- a lot of thought went into those. The green shirt is a good compliment considering they are opposite on the color wheel. My stature is not proportionate to the floral pair however, I like the authenticity of the print-very 1988. If I had them, I would cut up one shoe and keep the other untouched and probably thread it with the OrAnGe laces😎. Stay dry over there!☂️

yeah the extra laces are white and red. I think its crazy they're doing 3 sets of laces with a lot of releases lately. The sole (as I forgot to mention) is the OG sole. so its the classic dunk sole rather than the newer sole with the phylon mid sole. so that said its pretty much all clear with the writing "plant emoji with eyes" on the bottom of the midsole. I dont think its possible to do a clear midsole? the midsole is the part under the insole. that said...... that part in the center of the sole that is usually an offset color on the newer SBs is all clear. holy shit this is hard to explain! haha another detail I left off. did that make any sense at all?

@@DavidBluetile thank you for your Response 😁 Yes exactly the midsole is like whats usually white on most pairs or for example light grey on the Vx100s or died yellowish on the Carpets. And as you said the outsole is whats different most of the time like the Street Hawkers which has two different outsole with one being yellow and the other one a light blue. I did not know that they are like the OG soles because I only ever had one pair of "OG"ish dunks which were a pair of Bloody Sundays that I gave to a friend because they did not fit me perfectly. But enough of me. As you already said it's dope that they add so many laces to newer pairs like Carpets have five pairs I think and that's just fantastic. And I was just wondering why they decided to use clear or that trans-blue color for the sole because the shoe is supposed to represent a mushroom if I am correct. And wouldn't it have made more sense to make the midsole white then to represent the "stem" of a mushroom? I am just curious on what influenced the Design on that part😅 Anyways, have a wonderful day or morning or evening or night or what ever it currently is at your location. Greetings from Germany 😊✌️

im certain shops in Vegas are getting them. typically Nike wants the bulk of shops to service their local community. we get very few pairs so we do mostly local raffles.... I also think most brands are cutting the amount of shops that can sell online so they can control their own online market. that is frustrating to say the least.
