If you have an ankle problem go for a higher supported boot ADAMS v trainer maybe

hey. thinking of getting nike tawas, my feet is 25cm. on the nike tawa size guide US7.5 - 25cm US8 - 25.4cm US8.5 - 25.8cm I was thinking of getting US8 as on the site it says : Fits small; we recommend ordering a half size up Would US8.5 be better? cheers! Does the sole feel different from the high top boxing Olympics hyper ko’s 2 ? And do I have to go a half size up cuz I wear 9.5 ? Cuz for the ko’2 I got 9.5 and it’s to tight . So would I go half size up on these or is it different cuz they are wrestling instead of boxing ?.
