Day after a marathon, if you've ran all out in a race you'll find it hard to use stairs or sit. I haven't experienced it like in the ad after I run a race since I also lift weights and I'm used to the soreness. It's usually after a hiatus I get sore but I already know that so I start out less volume to begin again and climb my way up again.
