The main trainstation got turned down, they are renovating it right so it's kinda ugly atm. Also the direct connection from the plainstation in Düsseldorf doesn't exist anymore, because the train company that provided that connection got bankrupt because of corona.

Paderborn is a great City. The people are just friendly and nice everywhere! So much to see and do there and the night life is wonderful too! If you get a chance, visit the place!

There is a third accomodation housing available in Uhlandstraße, but it's a little far (about 3 Kms away) from the uni, it can be reached via bus 58, under 8-10 minutes.

i studied there for 4 semesters and hated it 😣 now i study almost the same subject but love it absolutely, the city of paderborn made me feel so uncomfortable, no specific reason and corona of course has played a huge role in that too 🤭 couldn’t wait to get out of there, some of my friends from school study there and love it 🤷🏼‍♀️ guess it wasn’t for me
