I am lucky to discover NIKI. I've been a NIKI fan 2 years, and eversince, i'm always playing her songs to comfort me. Her versatility and lyrical vocabulary is just chef's kiss. damn i found myself crying with this goofy groovy song the entire 3 minutes. this gives sm of nostalgia feels and the mv literally makes me get back to those good old days. i fucking miss my mom tho we ain't that close but we had our laughters and silly times back then when she was alive. she's almost gone for a year this coming 30th of October. (because of cancer) on the pre-chorus parts feels: i admit i still couldn't accept it. i don't even forgive her all i know is everything was left unsaid and complicated. all i know is i'm too young to lose her at 18th. i'm too young to grieve and mourn over something i don't want to feel yet. recently i've been missing her so bad. i just ignore it most of the times. it took months for me to cry and grieve. cause i don't wanna cry. it's really heart shattering and painful in chest. i couldn't take it cause i don't wanna see myself being drowned again to the days when i was broke. but nothing's heart breaking to lose a love one but a mother. thank you nicole. thank you for writing a song that i didn't expect would help me cry freely and just grieve without any grudges from the past with my mom. i love her so much and i love you too nicole. you really inspire me to be a great musician one day. reason why i stan you most of all the artist out there. i hope to see you soon as well!
