In this series I combine routines from different competitions to make the All-Around score 90.0 or above (Which has never been achieved in this Code of Points)

@@AY-tv4gw Nikita is an important figure in the Young army so there is some political relevance. Personally I was confused why he was the favourite at the time as it had been 2 years since the last big international meet, alot of things could change. Xiao and Hashimoto are two very strong competitors and Sun was generally in good form that competition other than his wrist playing up.

I think he would have won if the Olympics were in the proper year when he was trained to peak, but they were delayed due to Covid and his body couldn't go another year. Too many injuries. But still. My favourite!!! And seeing him win the team gold was amazing.

@@newfanglejr I don’t know, he competed some great routines at Tokyo, I think his loss was because of how inconsistent his floor exercise had become. And of course Hashimoto was the highest scoring all around gymnast of the year going into the Olympics (actually I think Boheng had a tenth higher top score).

Compare to Hashimoto, the two’s best possible results are quite equal. If scores from All-Japan championships or Student Championships are also counted, then his would be 90.149. If only international scores are valid, it would be 89.464.

Daiki Hashimoto edged him because he didn’t perform his best routine while Daiki Hashimoto has performed his best routine in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic that why he didn’t win the gold medal !

Nagornyy’s best is now 90.164 He scored 15.400 in AA PB and 14.533 in HB EF in Olympics

La pena es que solo por ser ruso no le permitan competir. A Estados Unidos e Israel nunca le han limitado nada por conflictos armados. Eso es antideportivo, Rusia debe poder competir....
