Ohh 4.3.4 is so long ago :D I know that for fire you should stack just as much haste that you get one more tick on living bomb (5 instead fo 4 i think) and the crit. For frost you should get crit to like 17-20% and shatter will take care of the rest (the passive ability that doubles your crit chance and adds another 50% crit chance if your target is frozen). So on short for frost mage -> get crit to like 17-20% then stack mastery.

eee sta da budzim na frost mage samo haste or crit+haste ? waht to upgrade i mean gems for just ahste or haste+crit say me pls to know i speak for cata 4.3.4
