4. Collect identity documents that are ID cards for Pakistani nationals of the bride, bride's father/guardian, groom, and groom's father/guardian. Identity must be attested by a gazetted officer.
5. Once again visit the Da'wah Academy Office in Faisal Mosque to submit the completed application for the Nikkah Registration at Faisal Mosque. The application must include the following:
i) Completed and signed Nikkah Registration Form.
