Loved your sewing rooms. It took me a little while, as an American, to figure out why you had a "hat shop" in your sewing rooms, in other words, the "haberdashery." :) Google was my friend and now know that haberdashery = fabric store. I listen better when I listen closer. Love your videos.

Absolutely love seeing your sewing room and how wonderfully organized that it is but I was a little disappointed because I didn't get to see your dressmaking patterns and fabric. Can you include that at another time

So funny that your camera operator/sister is there to keep you honest, lol. Of course, we all have our own versions of what is true, don't we? I'm from the US and have been watching a lot of TV shows with Scottish actors lately. I love the accent, especially the ones towards the North, like the Shetland Islands, etc. Such beautiful accents. I can tell some of the difference of those from yours.

Happybidr thank you for watching. I'm originally from just outside Edinburgh but have been living in England for 20 years. My accent isn't as strong as it once was but it's still there !! 😘

Why do you prefer Brother overlocker to Singer what is the difference please
@StitchSisters7 жыл бұрын
Sue Hanmore the Brother is much simpler to thread in our experience, also it seems to be a much higher quality machine. The Singer is very temperamental and it can take a lot of messing around with the tension with each individual fabric, but the Brother just seems to get on with it !
