I’m an oily skin type and only use the CT flawless filter on the high points of my skin underneath my foundation. I’ve had no luck using it as an all over foundation but absolutely love the glow it gives to the points of my face under makeup. Looks so healthy and smooth 🤌🏻

Flawless filter by Charlotte Tillberry as well… I tend to use it as primer are usually too! But the other day I put on a little concealer and then put that on and it almost gave me the same type of finish/coverage that you kind of get from using the super group logo screen SPF where it is a little bit of coverage and when you use it and do like bronzer and stuff on top of it or a little powder it really does give you a bass a white one but still a good one

Oily gal here...I love the Milk hydrogrip primer, I use a raindrop size amount, warm it up with my fingertips, and tap it into my T-zone and let it dry. Only need a small amount (less is more). I am still trying to figure out the CT Hollywood Glow, so far, I have loved a small dot under my eyes and blend with concealer. Still trying to get the hang of it 😁

Nikkia my love which hair dye so you use and do you feel it lasts? I have naturally golden brown/blonde hair but I love dying it jet black too. I find my roots come through after two weeks - (only washing maybe two/three times in that time). Firstly, stay just the way you are; I certainly appreciate your honesty! I love all the products except the CT face cream, and the cream bronzer on you. I'm not used to the glowiness, but I don't like on myself either! Perhaps the bronzer could be a different shade. I have continued to use powder products; I'm not sure what the benefits with creams are. I don't have dry skin, and so far,, powders aren't drying. That eye look was lovely, Beautiful! Idk if you’ve heard of this brand ( it’s available on Ulta Beauty and Amazon I think) called Tresluce Beauty . (Packaging for brand is royal blue & a Mexican based female owned brand ) Having heard what texture / finish you prefer in cream blushes I really think you’d enjoy the cream blushes from Tresluce Beauty! I got few shades along with the brands blush brush for cream made to be used with the blush , is so different from any other cream blush i would never think I’d love this brush for cream blush as much as I do !!! But it’s like whipped mousse like texture and dries down to a velvety powder finish I have touched it up over powder ands it’s just so beautiful and such an affordable product for the level of quality and how special & beautiful the shades are especially for summer !!!

It's a foundation powder Product That's supposed to be the next big thing for people with your skin type or for those who wish to blur. or something like that but Miriam makelage NYC has very oily skin according to her, and she raves about it. It's a really new kind of makeup technology. It may benefit your skin. Available at Sephora. Other videos I've seen where people either use it under their makeup as a primer, or they just simply wear it as the actual foundation hopefully I'll get some before the year is out and I can test it out but I have a combination skin so no worries but thanks for this video Take care. 🌅💖🤗

I'm oily skinned too & agree with you. Not every product works for everyone. I have only ONE huda beauty product which is there matte setting spray. BUT it's not worth the price at all!! One Size matte waterproof setting spray is waaayyy better and cheaper. Huda is great, I agree. But charging Natasha Denona or Pat McGrath prices when the product isn't as good isn't cool to me. I would love to try more Huda, but all the reviews I've heard aren't great e.g eyeshadows 9 pans etc. Also, LOVE your loose powder AND Fentys. I do love yours but need it to be a bit more oil absorbing but otherwise it's fantastic. The Fenty is a bit better for my oils. I'm also cool toned and fair to light so need cooler toned products compared to warmer toned ppl. Great video and loved the reviews. Re: meet n greet. I'm in SE Vic and would love to come and meet you etc. Stay dry today 💜💜

I’ve never seen anyone use that much Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter I was scared. HaHa!! Truly don’t think it’s meant for all over the face like a “foundation.” And darn sure not meant for us oily skin girls to do that, HAHA!! I just use a smaller amount under my makeup or for an extra liquid highlight.

I REALLY want the NJC velvet finishing powder to work on my skin, but whatever I try I keep getting weird 'gaps' on my pores. Its like the powder doesn't want to sit/stick/blend on my skin where there are visible pores, especially on my nose. I never get that with any other loose powder. Has anyone got the same problem? Does anyone have a tip to make it work?

Oh I’m not too sure why this could be happening lovely as I’ve got pores someone could sit in 😂 have you tried a good primer under your foundation? And also pressing the powder into the skin with a damp blended? Let me know how you go ❤️

Well I got lucky you got out with your new primer a few days ago. That might be the ideal solution to my problem Nikkia so I ordered right away 😜 In the meantime I will try to use a damp beauty blender, I usually do it with a powder puff!

I used all my old powders including the crowd favourite Laura Mercier and none of them measured up to your perfecting powder. I'll be a customer for life! Thank you for making an oily gal powder. Since NJC Velvet Setting Powder first launched I dead set have not used another setting powder and can’t see myself reaching for any other EVER. I think it would be cool to do a masterclass, but I have an idea for it. You could have just 4-5 people in each session, and have them all sit at a station and do their own makeup with products they pick out (that they think will work for them), and then you could go around to each student and make adjustments to their routine to help them master their own unique skin needs and find products that would work best. Something to that effect. I can see that being so helpful and fun for you!! You might need a couple more professional MUA to help you. 😉

I just don’t get the hype over the CT flawless filter 😬.. I have dry skin and when I use it as a primer I definitely find my foundation doesn’t last nearly as long as I’m use to.. I like the milani bright side primer better.. CT eyeshadows chef kiss one of my favs

For the Hollywood filter try and use less. Almost like if you were to use it as highlighter. Just apply it on top of cheeks and maybe a tad on your forehead. Don't put it all over on your face. I'm normal skin and if I put it over all my face is too much. Try that Nikkia and I think you'll enjoy it so much more
