you should DEFINITELY use that close up zoom more often! i love being able to actually see what the foundation looks like up close because when you do the normal distance we cant exactly see what you mean when you say a foundation looks cakey or flawless because they typically always look the same from so far away but the close up we could really see the issues with it. I would LOVE if u started doing that close up more often!!

I actually dont like using my fingers bc i have less time to do my foundation. I prefer a spongey beauty blender that bounces. I love the morphe sponge bc it is amazing on my skin and transforms my foundation. :)

The surface would. still absorb the product. And if you've ever been brave enoughtntonsacrifice a beauty blender, you would see that most of the absorption happens in the first millimeter or two, not all the way to the cebter

You know what that darn thing might be good for?? Cleanser. Those little grooves are exfoliating and it could work in the cleaners and then, bam, wash it away. Very hygienic too! That's how those things should be marketed.

Rose Ella-Grace A few years ago Neutrogena or Garnier had a face wash that came with a little rubbery face scrubber with a little handle on the back. Now you can get the cleansing pad on it's own. Just look up "silicon micro scrubber for face" and you'll be able to find one for way cheaper than this thing by smashbox ✌️

I'm glad you let us see it close up because it looked great from far away! I never had a desire to try these and I definitely wouldn't pay $20, but thanks for confirming, lol. I was on an Artiste type brush kick for a while, but now I'm back to using a brush and pressing it in with a sponge. That does seem to give the most natural looking finish.

If you want an applicator that acts like a finger don't just slap a finger print on it, use some sort of faux skin material too. Heat IS the main point so even then you might want to just stick with sponges and brushes anyway lol

esmeralda guerrero most blush is not eye safe and should NOT be applied near any facial orifices. Even though you could find safe products I think the risk of young girls attempting to replicate the look with whatever blushes they have would be to high.

emma jane they aren't meant to be applied to the eyes so companies don't make them eye-safe. Red pigments are some of the worst for the eyes, containing ingredients like carmine that can cause itching and irritation to the eyes. Even red eye shadows are famously uncomfortable to wear if they have any pigmentation at all. These products are the designed to be applied on the eyes and many of them should absolutely NOT be.

Im No Chef Natasha for cleaning I always throw it in the washing machine, comes out super clean, fresh smelling and look brand new! Also you can be sure that all bacteria is killed off :)

If you're hesitant to use it again for foundation.... I actually ended up using all my sili sponges as a tool to apply my mask!! It works great cos then, I don't have to get my fingers dirty and I don't need to wash a brush each time I apply a mask!

I am not expert but you should probably try to get your skin routine because she got a different skin complexity than any of us. I can recommend few brands for you that have natural products like Forever Living products skin routine (high quality ) or Yves Rocher (medium quality) or natural brands in your country.
