The person you grew up to be seems awesome to me! All our roads may take different paths, but our decisions during our travels make us who we are. I love your videos and am glad that the thought of the thousands of us who watch you does not intimidate.

As I’m watching you, I think it would be a fun thing to have you lead your own cooking show. You’re very clear, you’re enjoyable to watch and you seem so natural on camera!

I really hate listening to someone who talks the whole time during their videos without showing things BUT you were awesome. I was cooking several things while listening to you. You spoke from the heart. Your are real and that's important. Thank you for sharing!

I am so similar to you when it comes to anxiety and sensitivity. I can tell you are anxious about your upcoming move because you are talking about something that made you feel the same way in the past. But just remember…your volleyball/college situation worked out ok and so will your move. Hang in there. ❤ You got this!

My daughter had a similar experience to yours. She is a gifted player but academically she had to work really hard. She got a lot of pressure from high school coaches to play division 2 but we opted for community college. It was a good choice. She got the college volleyball experience but less intense. But it was still so hard and a huge commitment. I appreciate your honest information about the process. I think parents need to realize it’s ALOT for a young person to juggle. New school, new friends, a lot more freedom than high school… just so many things. My daughter was also really burnt out of volleyball when her time in college was done but now she does play drop-in volleyball a couple times a week and occasionally plays in a grass or sand tournament and loves it. I think you would like to play at a more casual level. Your love for volleyball obviously still there. ❤ Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I like this style video :)

I love this video! I 100% relate. I’m a total introvert who played collegiate soccer and went from California high school to Colorado college. Culture ( and weather) shock, being away from family, and general new school stress was tough. You’ve done great things with your experiences! I’m stoked for you that you’re successful and wish you luck in finding a new place.

Our daughter from from Tx to Colorado, only knowing one other person in Colorado. It was tough for her in the beginning. She made friends at her job that turned out to be the nicest ppl. She found ppl in Colorado to be good ppl. I know it sounds corny, but maybe join a group (a safe group of ppl that want to succeed as you want to). Sometimes local churches have a young adult group that meet once a month to hang out. Stay safe!!

Thank you so much for sharing! I know some of these memories are probably hard to talk about but it helps us understand why you focus on balance so much. Love your channel! You have helped me so much on my journey to lose 50 pounds and keep it off for over a year now. Even though you don't know me, you are my community!

I bought apples yesterday at Meijer in Michigan called Wild Twist. They are a cross between Honeycrisp and Pink Lady. Ate one last night and it was really good. Just thought you might be interested in giving them a try as you love Honeycrisps. On sale for $1.99 this week at my Meijer in Michigan.

Woow!! Im so proud of you on your journey, what a great inspiration! Losing weight is definitely not easy at all. One thing I realised after losing 50kg/100lbs in 5 months doing water fasting I realised that new goals don’t deliver new results, a new lifestyle does. This is a process not an outcome. For this reason, all of your energy should go into building better habits. Not chasing better results.

Volleyball mom here! My daughter played from 3rd grade through high school. I might have missed it but what position did you play? Also, I think you would have fun playing in an adult league. My daughter is having fun with that as well as she has carried on her love of the game and coaches club and high school.

Thanks for sharing. Volleyball isn’t really a sport in UK schools. Main school team sports in UK are football (soccer 😂) , rugby, cricket, netball, field hockey.
