Valid points: The good side is that the contract lays the foundation on the basics. If you want to exploit loopholes, etc, you're not serious and should just move on. Nowadays, some people need clarity as to what is expected of them.

There're some solid points here. Believe it or not, one of the main conflicts/argument between me and my wife is that she doesn't do womanscaping, which is a really unacceptable habit for me. (We're not from the US, and some women don't shave.) She thought it's a woman's right to decide what to do to her body. Of course she's right about that, but it's also childish because it really hurts the sex relations. There're also other things but this really makes me so frustrated, we almost don't have sex now and are reaching the point of divorce.

Ironically relationships would probably be way less toxic if both parties were very upfront about what their wants and needs are. And depending on the want or need the relationship will end so no time is wasted between them.

There's no reason you couldn't have the conversation. It's pretty standard in the poly community, among others. Needs both parties to have good communication skills and good intent but it's perfectly doable.
