Of course, but it's not the same if you punch someone who's just standing in front of you or someone who is insulting your wife. If you do the first one you are insane and if you do the second you might even be a gentleman.... ​​​​@@TrykusMykus It wouldn't, most ultras wear masks at the games and the standing sections are so packed and constantly jumping that no one notices a punch, unless it escalates into a brawl. But even then it's not like the NBA where you have 4k footage on what happened, how it started, who instigated etc. when a brawl breaks out the riot-police try to calm the crowd down and the game continues, if the crowd doesn't calm down the game is suspended until all the fans of that team leave the arena but fans are normally only arrested when they're caught on camera lighting flares without a mask or when they punch the riot-police officers, punching another fan only rarely results in an arrest or any consequences for the perpetrator by the authorities unless it happens in the family/casual fan section but I don't think I've ever seen that. The only way something like this would turn into a scandal was if the victim was a famous person aswell or if the perpetrator did it with other famous people in the vicinity, but outside of the athletes and coaches there aren't many famous people at most Serbian basketball games.
