I've timed Ruggero Ricci recording of this piece against the sheet music of the work and it worked out at 13 notes per second! Add to this the bowing and dynamics and you have a mountain to climb!! Well done Sir!!

This violinist plays as if only high speed counts. In the beginning you can see he presses his own speed to the whole ensemble. Its a playing for one soloist with some accompagnement on the background only. The performance misses emotion. Its only hurry , hurry, hurry....

Absolutamente horrible, fuera de sus capacidades. Una pérdida de tiempo. 😡 La música es un arte ... la velocidad es una magnitud física, comunmente tenida en cuenta en los deportes.

Sorry, this is not what it was supposed to be. This guy tries to show off by speeding through a wonderful piece of art. No intonation, no musicallity, no warmth, alas no art at all. Utterly bad performance, the worst presentation ever of any music I've ever encountered. Not worth posting even.
