You'll find having job security and making an excessive amount of money no matter how you present yourself to the public due to the public enjoying your brass nature makes confidence relatively easy. The most confident job interviews I've ever had were ones where I: 1.) didn't need the job 2.) knew if I didn't get the job, I'd still be stable 3.) felt like starting a career dishonestly would lead to me being unhappy, so it freed me up to answer questions honestly and genuinely not care if the interviewer did not like me. If you remember that you aren't just interviewing for a job, but you are interviewing them to see if you even want to work for them, it is easy. Social anxiety is usually a result of feeling like you are on the defensive, like everyone is judging you, and you have to behave a certain way.

Same my Anxiety is so bad I rarely even say hello back to someone because I'm too afraid to even speak, it takes me months to say a single word to new coworkers or people I see frequently but I don't know, I can barely leave my house because I'm so scared, and when I do I'm always on edge, like my entire trip to the grocery store each week I'm usually shaking a lot and constantly looking around and fidgeting with my hair to try and calm myself because I'm petrified of having other Humans around, which I think my fear of leaving the house is completely rational when in the US you could get caught in the middle of a mass shooting at any point anywhere, or you could get jumped and have your things stolen, there's more bad people in the world than good ones by a large percentage so for me it's safer to stay alone and in the house.

As a man of panic attacks, and general anxiety fear is not a solution for anything. Fear by it's nature is not rational it's emotional and could be misleading. Sure risk management is important, you wouldn't be reckless. There are some bad people but most people are more neutral than bad. And risks are everywhere every time. BUT fear is a biggest life sucking, paralyzer there is and it's our heads rationalizing how everything could go wrong. In reality those risks probably are not as bad as you fear it to be. At least in my experience. I wish I could help but I do struggle with anxiety myself. Tough beast to beat, but it must be tamed or you pay with your life. It sucks. Best luck for you man.
