I’m a z7 user ; I recently decided to upgrade from my d810 to my z7 granted the continuous auto focus isn’t much worse than my d810s focus I’m so happy to be able to use higher iso and get a cleaner image and less to clean up . I truly love the new s line of lenses but the 14-24 is a little out of my budget so I get to keep my tamron 15-30 g2 and I’m so happy to be able to use it on my z7

Girl, I tried to do this for 4 hours on several videos on youtube. Your details were the final thing that worked!!! I have a gig in a week and was freaking out. Went from D300 to Z6ii and that's a huge mental jump. The firmware and the ftz adapter are two different things to do and I didn't hear that from anyone else. Thank you so much.

Thanks for the help. Im using a z6, i was able to update both the firmware with the lens and mount on, for both the body and the adapter.

Thanks for the tips. I found that removing lenses is not necessary for firmware update on both camera and adapter.

Why I can't update the firmware update my nikon FTZ 2 ? After I download from Nikon download center and I put into SD card and after that I put into my Nikon zf and go to firmware update. I can't update the firmware. I follow same like you but I can't update the firmware

I am currently shooting z6ii and I like to edit light and airy as well. I feel like when I set my aperture which is 2.8, iso is whatever the lighting situation is, and then I go to set my shutter so that I’m evenly exposed. I find that my exposure meter shows that it’s on the overexposed side. Do you find that to be similar on yours?
